Inviting Members

Expanding your Roster

Every year, your organization will recruit new members. You will want your roster to accurately reflect memberships.

To invite members to your organization:

  1. Go to the Organization Tool Menu.
  2. Select Roster.
  3. In the top-right corner of the page, select Invite People.
  4. Enter the school-associated email addresses of the members you would like to invite.
    1. One invitation can support up to 500 unique email addresses.
    2. Make sure to only put one email address on each line or, alternatively, separate each email address with a comma.
