Remove Members

Cleaning up your Roster

To remove past members from your organization's roster:

  1. Go to the Organization Tool Menu.
  2. Select Roster.
  3. Toward the bottom of the page, active memberships will appear by first name, last name, and position within the organization.
  4. To the left of each member is a checkbox. Select the membership(s) you wish to end.
  5. Select End Membership
  6. Ensure that you have selected the correct membership(s) before selecting End Membership in the confirmation pop-up.

To remove all members:

  1. Go to the Organization Tool Menu.
  2. Select Roster.
  3. Toward the bottom of the page, active memberships will appear by first name, last name, and position within the organization.
  4. Select End All Memberships.
    1. All members will be removed save for the organization's primary contact.
  5. Select when you would like all memberships to end.
    1. This is a final and irrevocable command; ensure that organizational leaders are aware of this action beforehand.
